1. I passed KYC, but the system asks me to do it again!

This is a common problem for many investors who have already passed KYC! First, we will explain the cause, and then show several solutions!

  • You are logging in through your smartphone's standard browser (but you need to use the internal wallet browser, such as those in MetaMask or TrustWallet - they have built-in browsers.)

  • You need to clear your browser cache or wallet cache.

First Problem: Connect Browser!

  1. Open your Metamask or Trustwallet or another wallet application.

  2. Click on the search tool (built-in browser)

  1. Enter in the search bar - app.8lends.io

  1. Connect your wallet!

Second Problem: Clear cookies!

  1. Go to your wallet settings
