Priority & Risk Waterfall

Each CT-token is minted with one of three subordination priorities—High, Middle or Low—directly in its identifier.

On minting, CT-tokens default to Middle priority unless you upgrade to High (by spending $8LENDS) or downgrade to Low (to farm $8LENDS rewards). In the event of a project default, collateral liquidation proceeds flow in order: Low → Middle → High, so higher-priority holders enjoy deeper protection at the expense of lower base yield.
