Minting & Fungibility

Tokens are minted only after a stage closes successfully and you lock in your chosen subordination priority. Once issued, every CT-token in the pool shares the same maturity date and terms—regardless of when it was funded—ensuring full fungibility for intra-platform trading. No gas, no on-chain wallet transfers: simply receive your CT-tokens in your account and trade them instantly.

CT-tokens come in whole-unit face values (e.g. 1, 10, 100) that reflect the amount due at maturity. Round-number denominations ensure easy price quoting and auto-matching.
